Vendors

RETAIL VENDORS:

10' x 10' space is $150 for the weekend, 20’ X 20’ SPACE IS $200 for the weekend, 20’ x 30’ space is $250 for the weekend.

All booths are outside in high traffic area. You may rent as many spaces as you want.

 

FOOD VENDORS: 
Minimum space 20' x 20' - $350—Includes 110 electric hook-up.— No exceptions.  Health Department Permit is the responsibility of the Vendor.

There will be no duplication of food items.

 

ELECTRIC:

Electric hook up is available for an additional $75 for 110 hook-up or $100 for  220 hook-up

Generators allowed with approval and may restrict location on the grounds due to noise.

 

RENT INCLUDES

· Parking for 1 vehicle

· Admission for 2 sales people

· $25 per person for any extra sales people.

· Includes a free campsite near to your booth.

· Picnic Tables are available on property and may be reserved for your site

· Bring your own lights, tables, generator, canopy, extension cords, etc.

 

Only a few rules about vending:

· No sales that violate state or federal laws

· No firearms or fireworks

· No animal sales

· No sub-leasing of vending space

· No refunds for any reason

 

Move-in / Set-Up Hours:

Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m You should be set-up and ready for sales by 9:00 a.m. Friday
